Are you tired of the non-stop chatter in your head judging every move you make? Is the constant loop of negative thinking making you feel like you are not good enough? No matter how many times you try to talk yourself out of this—you just can't seem to shake it. You are doing all the things you’ve been told to do and yet something is missing. You feel alone. You feel misunderstood. You feel anxious. You turn to food, alcohol, Netflix, or whatever else that can make these feelings go away. You promise yourself that next week will be different. You will start the new diet or the new program, you will commit to being a new you. What if there is another way? I work with women to get this cycle can end. There can be freedom from the despair caused by believing that you are not good enough. You want a deeper connection in your relationships. You want more joy in your life. You want less stress and worry. I can help you get there. There is a different path.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I will find out what brings you to therapy and guide you with gentle questions to explore what your hopes and goals are and then let you know how I work with people and how you can get the most out of each of your sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My approach relies on my ability to be present and in connection with you. I create a space of compassionate non-judgment and my warmth, humor, and relational self to the sessions so that we can allow your inner wisdom to emerge.

My treatment methods

Experiential Therapy

Talking through things can be great, but for more substantial changes to occur it is helpful to have an experience that integrates mind and body and allows you to fully experience something different while in sessions.

Compassion Focused

Cultivating compassion towards ourselves is a powerful antidote to the many negative messages of shame and criticism that are impacting our lives.
