She is board-certified, and state licensed in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, AND Florida, as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 13 years of experience in mental, health disorders and Psychiatry treatments. Dr Garcia's skills, range of experiences, knowledge, and expertise in the mental healthcare field, along with her extensive education uniquely provide professional telehealth in the mental health field. In our first visit together, we’ll start with introductions, then dive into specific challenges, problems or concerns you are facing. This will help me to create a tailored treatment plan for you to work through.

Dr. Garcia specializes in mental health disorders, such as Depression, Bipolar disorders, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, OCD, PTSD, Acute Stress Disorder, Insomnia, medication management, ADHD, Personality disorders, Panic disorders, Panic attacks, and many more. Using the appropriate evidence-based research tools ( PHQ-2, PHQ-6, Hamilton scale of depression and anxiety, CAGE( and many more), along with medication management and counseling, with special attention to individual needs.
