I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based support. I use a warm and collaborative approach to work with individuals to make the best choices for each individuals situation and life. I will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies to help individuals build resilience, develop healthier thought pattens and create lasting change. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your challenges, build coping skills and create meaningful change.
During the first session, we will focus on building rapport, building background information and setting the goals for future sessions.

In a prospective client, I am looking for someone who is seeking out help and actively wanting to make a change in their life. I am looking for clients who are open to reflection about their life and curious to learn more about themselves, whether that means exploring negative pattens, learning new coping skills or building healthier relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral therapy is one of the most widely used treatment approaches to addresses varies mental health issues. I will use this treatment method to help clients identify automatic thoughts and restructuring negative thinking patterns to help promote self help. I will encourage various CBT strategies like journaling, role playing exercises and coping strategies to help work though the various situations.
