As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) practicing in California, I bring over seven years of clinical experience and hold a Master of Arts from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Through Mindfulness-Based therapy, I support my clients in developing a stronger awareness of the here and now. My approach encourages them to move away from ruminating on past experiences or feeling anxious about what lies ahead. By integrating mindfulness techniques and grounding practices, we work together to maintain a connection with our bodies and immediate environment, cultivating a greater sense of presence in daily life.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I have also practiced Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for over seven years. My approach centers on helping clients explore and understand their emotional experiences, building stronger connections both within themselves and in their relationships. Through EFT, I guide individuals to recognize underlying emotional patterns and work toward healing, fostering a safe environment for genuine emotional expression and growth.
