Hi there! I'm a Doctor of Nursing practice (DNP) and a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner based in California. I received my master's from the California State University Los Angeles and doctoral degree from Purdue University Global. I have been in mental health space for over 30 years. I specialize in medication management of mental health conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, Sleep disorder, and more. Also, I help young adults having challenges with career-related fatigue and exhaustion on selfcare.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me, we'll start by getting to know each other briefly. Then, we'll focus on understanding the specific challenges you're facing. This could include discussing your past history, current symptoms, and any goals or concerns you have regarding your mental health. Based on our conversation, I'll work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. Our first session sets the stage for a collaborative and supportive journey towards improving your mental well-being.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider lies in my ability to develop personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of challenges faced by individuals. With over three decades of clinical experience, I have honed a nuanced approach that focuses on understanding each client's unique situation. Whether it's working with young professionals navigating career-related stress or individuals coping with mental health conditions like depression or anxiety, I prioritize creating tailored strategies that lead to measurable progress. This approach, combined with a commitment to compassion and affordability, fosters a supportive environment where clients can achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements in their mental well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've been using CBT in my practice for the past seven years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use both medication and CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
