My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients address and manage their mental health and life challenges. This evidence-based approach focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors, enabling clients to develop healthier coping skills to improve their mental well-being and quality of life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Therapy is another method of treatment that I use to help clients learn mindfulness practices to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. This technique promotes relaxation, emotional regulations, awareness, and helps clients respond to challenges more effectively and reduces automatic, negative reactions.

Compassion Focused

I use Compassion Focused Therapy to help empower clients in therapy and to develop self-compassion and alleviate self-criticism and shame. This treatment method focuses on building the capacity for compassion towards oneself and others, fostering a sense of safety and emotional regulation.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

My personal and professional experiences have profoundly shaped my understanding of the importance of identity in shaping individuals' lives and mental health. Recognizing that each person's cultural context significantly influences their experiences and challenges, I have chosen to lead my practice through Culturally Sensitive lens and with compassion.

Humanistic

I'm a firm believer in the Humanistic approach as this treatment method supports clients with focusing on self-growth, personal responsibility, and provides a deeper understanding of their true selves. This method values the therapeutic relationship as a crucial factor in facilitating growth and health.
