I have been a psychotherapist for the last 25 years, and see/have seen a range of different patient populations, including older (60+) adults, people of color, LGBTQ+, straight identified, couples, etc. I provide a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment to give patients the space and the support to work on whatever issues they are struggling with in a completely non-judgemental forum. I work with individuals, couples, and have experience working with patients dealing with loss/bereavement, coming out issues, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, death/dying, relationship issues, health concerns/chronic illness, issues related to aging, and many other concerns as well.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session we will typically discuss the scores of your anxiety and depression assessments, get some background around family dynamics, and begin to formulate goals for therapy after establishing what is bringing you to therapy either again or for the first time.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with patients for the past 25 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. Additionally, I approach patients with warm positive feelings, empathy, and the absolute conviction that they can almost always move past their current hurdles to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.
