Hi, I’m Malinda Lynch, a nurse practitioner who founded Emerald Bridge Wellness. I help people find balance in both mind and body—whether that’s easing anxiety, improving mood, getting hormones back on track, or simply feeling more like yourself again. I also work with individuals experiencing symptoms of dysautonomia, like dizziness, racing heart, fatigue, and that “wired but exhausted” feeling that can be hard to explain but very real. My approach is practical and personal. Sometimes medications can be helpful, but they’re never the whole story. I like to weave in tools like nutrition, supplements, mindfulness, and everyday strategies that fit your real life. My goal is to take a more big-picture approach—looking at your symptoms and your story—and use a mix of traditional, holistic, and functional options to find what fits best. Outside of work, I’m a mom, wife, and animal lover with a busy household that includes kids, chickens, barn cats, and an energetic dog. I know what it’s like to juggle a lot, and I try to bring that same understanding and humor into how I care for people. Please note that I am NOT currently taking on new patients for ADHD stimulant medication management. The Ryan Haight Act is due to resume at the end of 2026, which will require patients prescribed stimulants to be seen in clinic. I can still offer non-stimulant alternatives, supplement recommendations, and therapy, but in-person visits are not available at this time.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, we’ll take the time to get a comprehensive understanding of your unique mental health needs and lifestyle factors influencing your well-being. We’ll discuss your personal and family health history, current symptoms, stressors, and any past experiences with mental health treatments or medications. This is a collaborative conversation, so you can expect to share your goals, preferences, and concerns, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about our approach. Together, we’ll start to outline a tailored plan, which may include specific evaluations, testing, lab work if needed, and an initial strategy for medication, lifestyle adjustments, and/or therapy. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer picture of our path forward and the support you can expect from me in managing your mental health from an integrative lens. Initial intake appointments are comprehensive and in-depth, typically lasting up to 60 minutes or longer to allow for a full understanding of your history, concerns, and goals. Because of this, intake sessions are billed at a higher rate than follow-up visits. Follow-up appointments vary based on your needs. Brief visits for medication refills are shorter, while ongoing medication management and therapy sessions generally last 30–45 minutes.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to bridge mental health and physical health in a way that feels both thoughtful and practical. As both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner, I take a more comprehensive view understanding that symptoms are rarely isolated and often connected in ways that are easy to overlook. I work with adults navigating anxiety, mood changes, hormonal transitions, and more complex presentations such as dysautonomia. Symptoms like racing heart, dizziness, fatigue, and that “wired but exhausted” feeling are often labeled as anxiety, when in reality there may be a deeper physiologic component. Helping patients understand that their symptoms are real and making sense of why they’re happening is often a turning point in care. My approach is integrative and individualized. I combine evidence-based medicine with a broader lens that may include lifestyle, nutrition, and targeted supplements, depending on what makes sense for each person. Medication can absolutely be part of the plan, but it’s never the only tool. I prioritize creating a space where patients feel genuinely heard and understood. From there, we work together to develop a plan that is not only effective, but also realistic and sustainable that fits into your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Many of my clients are trying to balance careers, families, and responsibilities. They are high-functioning, thoughtful, and driven yet still dealing with anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, or a sense that their body isn’t responding the way it used to. Often, they’ve been told everything looks “normal,” but they know something deeper is going on. I’m especially well positioned to support those with more complex or overlapping symptoms—where mental health and physical symptoms intersect. This can include things like persistent anxiety, mood shifts, hormonal changes, or nervous system symptoms such as dizziness, racing heart, or that constant “on edge” or “wired but exhausted” feeling often seen with dysautonomia. My clients are not looking for quick fixes. They want clarity, a deeper understanding of what’s happening in their body.

Dr Lynch was fabulous! She took the time to really get to know me on a personal level. She dug deep to ask all of the right questions to obtain the information she needed to put together a solid plan to tackle my currently issues/concerns. I walked away from my appointment feeling like I was finally heard, felt validated, and comfortable with the action plan she suggested we put in place. I would recommend Dr Lynch to anyone seeking help.
