PMHNP, 6 years of experience
Hi, I’m Malinda Lynch, a nurse practitioner who founded Emerald Bridge Wellness. I help people find balance in both mind and body—whether that’s easing anxiety, improving mood, getting hormones back on track, or simply feeling more like yourself again. My approach is practical and personal. Sometimes medications are helpful, but they’re never the whole story. I like to weave in tools like nutrition, supplements, mindfulness, and everyday strategies that fit your real life. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen to what matters most to you, and create a plan that feels doable—not overwhelming. Outside of work, I’m a mom, wife, and animal lover with a busy household that includes kids, chickens, barn cats, and an energetic dog. I know what it’s like to juggle a lot, and I try to bring that same understanding and humor into how I care for people. Please note that I am not currently taking on new patients for ADHD stimulant medication management. The Ryan Haight Act is due to resume end of 2025 which requires patients prescribed stimulants to be seen in clinic. I can still offer non-stimulant alternatives, supplement recommendations, and therapy but in person is not an option at this time.
In your first session with me, we’ll take the time to get a comprehensive understanding of your unique mental health needs and lifestyle factors influencing your well-being. We’ll discuss your personal and family health history, current symptoms, stressors, and any past experiences with mental health treatments or medications. This is a collaborative conversation, so you can expect to share your goals, preferences, and concerns, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about our approach. Together, we’ll start to outline a tailored plan, which may include specific evaluations, testing, lab work if needed, and an initial strategy for medication, lifestyle adjustments, and/or therapy. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer picture of our path forward and the support you can expect from me in managing your mental health from an integrative lens.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to bridge the worlds of mental health and primary care. With dual certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring a comprehensive understanding of how physical and mental health are deeply interconnected. My experience working closely with adults and older adults, including those navigating conditions like perimenopause, menopause, dementia, and vitamin deficiencies, allows me to address the unique challenges that arise at different stages of life. This holistic perspective enables me to provide personalized care that goes beyond simply addressing symptoms. I combine my clinical expertise in psychiatric care with a whole-person approach, crafting tailored treatment plans that may include medications, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies to support each client’s unique needs. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard, valued, and empowered to achieve mental and physical wellness. By addressing the full spectrum of health, I aim to help individuals live with greater balance, resilience, and quality of life.
As a PMHNP with a specialization in young to older adults, I am best positioned to clients who are navigating the challenges of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transition issues, and day to day struggles. My ideal clients may be experiencing shifts related to work, past trauma, aging, or even hormonal changes that impact their mental well-being. These clients seek an informed, compassionate partner to guide them through personalized medication and therapy strategies, with an emphasis on achieving balance, resilience, and improved quality of life tailored to their symptoms and personal goals.
Medication management can be an essential tool for improving mental health when used thoughtfully and strategically. My approach is highly individualized, focusing on tailoring medications through collaborative decision making and holistic approach to meet each client’s specific needs while minimizing side effects and enhancing overall quality of life.

I am so grateful to have met Malinda! She was very warm, intelligent, and very insightful from the very first moment we started talking. Because of her, I took steps to make important changes in my life that I may have waited too long to take without her, or never taken these steps at all! She opened my eyes to options I didn't even know existed and listened when I needed a non-judgemental ear to hear what I needed to say. Thank you, Grow Therapy & Malinda Lynch!

She knows her stuff! And I am very comfortable with speaking with her, she recognized immediately about the side effects of one of my medication, and found a solution and we are working on a solution. She is direct with her mannerisms and I prefer that. Thank you!

Trial and error in the past, and searched online for someone new whose specialties aligned with my concerns. Very positive feeling about first session. Malinda is very personable and easy to communicate with.
