My focus is on relationships, including our relationship with our self. We know that the quality of our lives are firmly tied to the quality of our relationships and we also know that our relationships with others is dependent on the quality of our relationship with our self. Good therapy helps us to improve these relationships so that we can enjoy our lives to the fullest. This can mean learning to manage our mental health and emotional symptoms as well as treating their origins from our past.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Clients can expect to get a picture of what therapy with me will look like and will hopefully leave with a new hope for their lives and relationships.

While I value what client's think and feel, therapy is more than just letting client's vent. My focus is on reaching insights that will lead to a greater understanding of why we do what we do and how to change and grow.
