We are here to thrive, not just survive. As a licensed therapist, former bodyworker, and holistic health practitioner, I am here to help the soul searchers, truth seekers, and those on a quest to rediscover their authentic selves towards overall mental health and well being. I will support you on your journey to shed the layers of fear, shame, trauma and pain. I will help you on your healing journey, providing additional support as you encounter life's challenges. We will identify triggers and blockages, and look into things such as unhealthy attachments, cognitive distortions (negative thoughts) and limiting belief systems. Whether they come from trauma in childhood, abuse, unhealthy relationships, grief or loss, I am here to help. By identifying, processing, and releasing that which no longer serves you will allow the true healing to finally begin and set your feet on the path you were meant to walk.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will primarily be used to get to know you, your history, your therapy goals, presenting symptoms, and figure out what type of treatment plan would be appropriate to get you to where you want to be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I come from an alternative holistic health background and work with each individual from a mind/body/spirit approach. To learn more about me visit: www.sacredpaththerapy.com
