Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of California. I have a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I spent 8 years in the Navy and have lived all over the world. I have been a Social Worker for 15 years and have been working as a Therapist for 10 years.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session or two we will get to know one another, I will gather additional information, provide a brief overview of my practice and expectations for both of us. We will discuss what brought you to therapy and areas for growth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strength is building and bringing out confidence in my clients by helping them build thier coping skills and challenging their thoughts.
