Hello! My name is Mason, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master's Degree in 2003 and have been licensed as an LCSW since 2010. I use different approaches to therapy depending upon you and your needs. I have particular experience with anxiety, mood disorders, addiction and substance abuse, couples counseling, self-esteem and personality disorders.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I will get to know you and build a rapport. I will learn about your life experience and the challenges you face. We will identify treatment goals together and formulate a treatment plan.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I consider you the expert on your own experience and will listen actively and attentively to your story. I am caring and empathic, putting myself in your shoes. I collaborate with you to find new strategies and ideas to effect change in your life. We are a team and will work together on your goals to fulfill your values and find a better life.
