Finding a therapist you feel comfortable and safe sharing with is invaluable. Therapy is in fact a journey we will enter together, so feeling emotionally secure with your therapist is of the upmost importance. I strive to create a secure and supportive environment that facilitates healing and growth without judgement.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
There is no right or wrong way to go through therapy. I believe in the individual, and thus tailer my approach to each client and their unique needs. I will most often utilize a combination of modalities to best suit the client, and specialize in psychodynamic, humanistic, client-centered, creative play-based, and solution-focused approaches.
