Welcome! I am glad that you are here taking a step towards change. I appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than twenty years of experience. I graduated from the University of Southern California. I have worked in a wide range of areas supporting POC and the queer community. I have helped clients manage and cope with challenging emotional issues, life transitions, and relationship problems. I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As your therapist, I can help you explore, process, and learn ways to cope with life challenges. I have learned that when people feel alone and confused they need to be heard without judgment. I will hold space for you and provide a place to share your experiences and reflect on them.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I have an eclectic approach. My theoretical foundations are humanistic and cognitive-behavioral. I can help you cope and work through the feelings that are bringing you to counseling.

I am a strong supporter of communities of color and minorities. I bring together the experience of working in forensics, HIV health, and the LGBTQ community.
