As narrative therapy states, "The person is not the problem. The problem is the problem." I seek to provide my clients with the space they need to process difficult and challenging emotions. I like to approach therapy with each client as a "chameleon". I understand that everyone has different stories, needs, and experiences. I adapt to help meet you where you are. Together, I hope to guide clients in their journey of self-growth, discovery, and understanding.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Tell me your story. I set the foundation for a safe space with a compassionate, non-judgmental stance. I'm here to support you in creating and achieving your personal goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring the human experience into the room. I encourage clients to show up as themselves, 100% and bring my own authentic self into the dynamic as well. I value the therapeutic connection I build with my clients. My goals is for my clients to feel seen, heard, and safe at all times.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, stressors relating to major life transitions, and those who wish to improve the overall quality of their interpersonal relationships.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful or distorted thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Together, we examine the evidence for these thoughts, explore alternative perspectives, and practice reframing them in ways that feel more balanced and realistic. This collaborative process supports clients in developing greater awareness of the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and empowers them with practical tools they can apply in daily life.

Relational

I use a relational treatment approach by exploring how early relationships and formative interpersonal experiences have shaped clients’ beliefs, emotional responses, and patterns of relating to others. By identifying these relational themes, we work to increase insight into how past dynamics may be influencing present relationships and self-perception. Within the therapeutic relationship itself, I strive to provide a safe, consistent space where new, healthier relational experiences can support growth and meaningful change.
