Hi, I'm Aaron. Are you someone who just feels like life is kicking you while you are down? Are you constantly looking in the mirror and disliking what you see? Do you find that no matter where you are and who you are with, you still feel alone? Let's see if we can change that. Let's aim to challenge our thoughts and be there for ourselves. Let's create a plan that will empower us to take back control over our life and love what we see when looking in the mirror. Let's work together to live a happy and more fulfilling life. I strive to help high-functioning individuals to rediscover their inner strength to overcome their trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. I work with clients to help them challenge the thoughts holding them back. I implement a variety of therapeutic techniques to fit the needs of the client. I also use music and guided meditations to facilitate self-understand, along with providing tools they can use at home to help deal with stress, anxiety and depression. My main focus is to empower clients to better enable them to understand what is in their control and how they can make positive changes in their life. Reaching out for help is always scary because you do not know where to start or what to expect. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is helping clients see things from many different viewpoints. I also work well with men who are struggling to live up to an idea of "what a man is". I work hard to help clients challenge their inner critical voice that keeps them down or afraid of what is ahead.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This treatment helps clients identify maladaptive thoughts that lead to negative behaviors that hinder mental health. This approach builds self-awareness and give control back to the individual to make the changes wanted to live a happier and healthier life.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

This approach is more of a logical and analytical way to evaluate thoughts, feelings, behaviors, outcomes, and plans for future events. This approach will shed light on the thoughts and feelings that arise that lead to unhealthy behaviors.

Existential

This approach looks at purpose, meaning, and the power of hope. This approach looks at our definitions and examines how these definitions promote or hinder our emotional health and stability.
