I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California's Bay Area. I believe in a holistic (physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual), culturally sensitive, person centered approach to therapy. I have a great interest and passion in perinatal/ postnatal work as well as life transitions, grief and loss and caregiver support (whether caregiving for a child, spouse, parent or family member). I integrate inner strength, stress management, self-care, physical health and many other aspects of wellness into sessions. I strive to provide an authentic and non- judgmental environment that can be humorous and fun, as well as vulnerable and challenging. Being a mixed-race woman born and raised in a multicultural family and community, I place a high value and appreciation for working with a diverse client population. I am very intentional about creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic relationship and I believe that this is essential for change and growth when engaging in therapy. I am humbled to begin working with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I am a very relationship based type therapist. I meet you where you are while also asking you questions and being curious about your life so that we can ensure that we set goals that are obtainable.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am non judgmental, personable, empathetic and dedicated to help you reach your goals.
