I am an advocate for social justice , inclusiveness and equity. I enjoy working with clients from diverse background. I aspire to reduce stigma related to mental health and normalizing getting help for mental health problems. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationship and holding a safe place for my clients in sessions.

First session
I emphasize and value therapeutic relationship and trust building. I understand it’s important to listen to clients concerns and create empathetic environment rather than solely focusing on completing paperwork. I want my clients to feel heard, seen and understood in sessions.
Strengths

Ideal clients
I enjoy working with clients from diverse background. I am trained in different treatment modalities and have experience working with clients with varied mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, life events changes and transitions. I have experience working with teenagers, adults and elderly and I enjoy working with clients from different walks of life.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT, TFCBT. I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped dozens of clients manage their anxiety.
