Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Master's degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and have been licensed since 2011. I help people to be the best versions of themselves and to enjoy life more regardless of their stage in life; just starting out, midlife and beyond. The most important piece to know about me is that I meet the client where they are and offer an objective perspective throughout our time together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, some history and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will create a tailored plan for us to work thorugh in follow up sessions with room for adjustments.

My greatest strength as a provider is my long history of helping clients find their way. I am honest, genuine and use a variety of techniques to help each person become the best version of themselves.

I love working with people from all walks of life who acknowledge they want their lives to be different and are willing to put in the work to help themselves. Therapy is another tool in a persons vast array of options to help themselves become the best version of themselves. The best version of each person varies depending on person, history and specific circumstances. I am sure that together I can help each client reach their goals.
