Greetings, I’m Brianna, and I believe in the power of genuine connection and understanding on the path to healing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience, I am dedicated to providing a non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions, confront your challenges, and discover your inner strength. Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of your emotions and experiences, working towards healing and growth. Your journey is unique, and I am here to walk alongside you, providing guidance, support, and a listening ear when you need it. Whether you’re grappling with overwhelming emotions, facing relationship challenges, caught in the cycle of anxiety and depression, or navigating significant life transitions, I want you to know that you’re not alone. Taking the step to seek therapy can indeed feel daunting, but it’s a courageous and important choice. Let’s embark on this path together, with your well-being and transformation at the forefront.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will really get to know each other, and I will work to discover how I can assist you in your therapeutic journey. I will create the space for you to be able to voice the things that have brought you in to therapy, and assist you in creating a plan to navigate any challenges you have faced.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

In our sessions, I integrate a holistic approach, drawing from mindfulness techniques, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered approaches. Mindfulness practices will guide us in cultivating present-moment awareness, aiding in managing stress and fostering mental clarity. Moreover, I offer a compassionate, person-centered space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths as a therapist include creating a safe space for clients to express themselves, and navigate their emotions while empowering clients to assert their boundaries and advocate for their needs.
