Hello, my name is Rinkoo Sidhu and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) currently licensed in the states of Indiana, California, and Texas. I specialize in psychiatry and addiction medicine through a patient-centered approach. Patients are treated with evidence-based techniques to help with their current issues ranging from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, schizophrenia, substance use disorders and/or addiction.
A therapeutic approach is always used to treat patients along with the least invasive approach possible. Some patients may need to be on medications at times or need to be referred out. These options will be discussed with each client during either the initial visit or a subsequent visit.
Over the past decade, I have been focusing my attention on adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, alcohol use disorder, and other substance use disorders. Many of these conditions take patience from both the patient and provider to find a good treatment that will help the client find stability.
