I employ a strength-based and empathic approach to help you overcome challenges that are affecting you. My therapeutic approach encompasses various modalities that I've honed over the years. I also bring a unique perspective to therapy due to my Haitian heritage, as I am bilingual and fluent in Haitian Creole. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy, I tailor our sessions to suit your unique needs.
