Hi, I’m a Licensed Mental health counselor in the state in Florida. I help young adults and adolescents with career stress, peer relationship issues, as well work with young women transitioning to married life or any stage that they may be struggling in. As a therapist I am here to help support, encourage and just be with my clients, so they feel heard, loved and appreciated. Through the journey that we are all on called “life” I help work with my clients to help them become the best version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in this field for the past 4 years , I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to place an emphasis on helping individuals learn to be their own therapists. Through exercises in the session as well as “homework” exercises outside of sessions, patients/clients are helped to develop coping skills, whereby they can learn to change their own thinking, problematic emotions, and behavior.

Motivational Interviewing

I work with clients on being supportive and provide affirmations of client self-efficacy, hope, and confidence in the client's ability to change.

Supportive

I am here to help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, and find your own solutions to problems. But I not usually give advice or tell you what to do. I hope you can gain the skills to make your own decisions.
