I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I received my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 4 years. I am a native of the community that I serve, St. Lucie County. I work with children, adolescents and adults to improve overall mental well-being through the use of adaptive coping skills to reduce and manage symptoms.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will identify areas of concern and collaboratively create a treatment plan with measurable and attainable goals. The plan will include specific objectives outlining how we will work together to achieve those goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am thankful for the opportunity to work with new clients and create a trustworthy therapeutic alliance. I prioritize providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to feel comfortable sharing their difficult emotions and everyday challenges.
