I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor in Texas. I obtained my Master's in Social Work in 2011 from the University of Texas at Arlington and have been practicing for 13 years. My passion is assisting adults experiencing burnout from their careers, demands of the various roles they perform outside of their profession, and the challenges life brings. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to discuss, identify, and process their emotions as well as assist them with navigating their journey to mental wellness.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect to be the center of attention as you're the subject matter expert about you. We will discuss what lead you to seek therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and the goals you hope to achieve as a result of therapy. Then, we will be able to customize a plan to guide us through your follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is being able to relate to people from various backgrounds, actively listen to their concerns, and assist them with finding answers/strategies that help them develop solutions to their challenges.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I am a firm believer that our perspective (thoughts) about life determines how we interact and react (behavior) to the difficulties and challenges we encounter. Therefore, this treatment modality is my preferred method as it assists the client with identifying the thought processes that lead them to their behaviors. Once this is identified, adjustments can be made to reframe these thoughts and begin to change behaviors that may be causing issues in their lives.
