Hi! I’m Olivia, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I hold a BA in Human Biology from Stanford, with a focus on child development, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I'm passionate about how early life experiences shape our sense of self and inner narratives, and I bring this perspective into my therapeutic work. With a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic style, I help individuals struggling with disordered eating/eating disorders, perfectionism, rigidity, and control to live a life of freedom and joy that’s aligned with their personal values. I also help individuals who have experienced different forms of trauma find safety in relationship and work through the barriers that may be keeping them from accessing the life they want.
I use my first session as a space to get to know you and connect with you as a person. I also will ask you what brings you to therapy at this time and will want to hear about your goals or hopes for our work together.
I am warm, compassionate, and work with you to tailor a therapeutic approach that helps you meet your personal goals.
I help individuals struggling with a loud inner critic, anxiety that’s running the show, disordered eating, perfectionism, and rigidity to live a life of freedom and joy that’s aligned with their personal values. I support individuals who have experienced different forms of trauma in finding safety in relationships and working through the barriers that may be keeping them from accessing the life they want.

During my meeting with Olivia, I was able to gain more perspective on mental health as a whole and relative to myself. This helped provide a healthier and more realistic view, motivating me to proceed with care. She really helped with providing understanding, asking the right questions to help identify lapses in judgement or perspective you may be having about your own situation, but also letting you talk it through so as to not make any assumptions. Great therapist!

I feel very grateful that I've been able to work with Olivia these past few months. She is very present and I appreciate the insights from our conversations. I had started to question whether or not therapy could help me but I'm so glad that I didn't give up because I feel like I'm learning a lot each session!
