My name is Sandra McKnight, I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas, I love serving my clients, who are struggling with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to help you navigate the complexities of life and promote positive change. Together we can explore the path towards healing, growth, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First impressions are the most lasting impression. During the first session is our opportunity to learn the who, what, and why of therapy and then address how we will work together to acheive their goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My Greatest strength is the ability to listen with a non judgemental ear, reaching the client where they are in this journey and helping them navigate through this process of healing.
