I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), based in Pennsylvania. I received my master's from St. John's University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help children and adults navigate through their stressors to be the best version of themselves. By using an eclectic therapeutic approach, my mission is to empower my clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will have brief introductions, and discuss what brings you to therapy. Understanding this will help in developing SMART goals for the therapeutic process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I apply my skills and knowledge in psychology, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help my clients overcome personal challenges and improve their well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT has been the foundation for the past seven years of my scope of work. Many clients have experienced both progress and success through challenging their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in and out of our sessions. Being able to recognize the way that all three interact with each other can help in developing the skills needed to feel strong and confident to manage day-to-day stressors.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I've been using DBT for the last 2 years in my practice. “Dialectical” means combining opposite ideas. DBT focuses on helping clients accept the reality of their lives and their behaviors, as well as helping them learn to change their lives, including their unhelpful behaviors. This technique works best for clients who enjoy a very structured setting in therapy.
