I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing in Southern California for about 7 years, mostly working with children, teens, and young adult. I help my clients deal with the struggles of daily life and feel empowered to advocate for their needs and have their own voice in decisions affecting their lives. I use several modalities such as Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients in making progress toward mental and emotional healing. I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, stress, and interpersonal difficulties exacerbated due to trauma, social pressures, and challenges with life transitions.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The first session would be for introductions and developing an idea of what the rest of the sessions will look like. The first session would be to see if I am good fit you and if I think I am best suited to help you.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Having worked with a range of clients, my biggest strength is being able to build rapport with young clients in order to gain their trust and make the therapeutic process more engaging and helpful.
