I am a psych nurse practitioner who is compassionate and use medication with cognitive-behavioral therapy to address negative thought patterns and behavioral habits. She understands the importance of regular check-ins and monitoring to ensure that the treatment plan is effective and adjusted as needed. As a provider who takes care of patients with psychiatric disorders it requires patience and understanding. I take the time to listen to my patients, validate their experiences, and empower them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Client should be able to explain what they are going through so that I can help them and come up with the right treatment plan for them. I will love to listen and build rapport with the patient so that they can open up to me.

My greatest strength as a provider is patience, good communication skills and active listener.
