I provide individual and group therapy to create opportunities for individual and emotional growth using tools from NLP, Hypnosis, CBT, and other emotional and linguistic models to allow clients to examine their interpretations of reality to create more emotional balance and function. I use QEEG's brain maps and behavioral assessments to provide an inclusive treatment approach of talk therapy and neuro-physio training so clients gain a broader awareness and foundation for change. I will often integrate one of the well-known devices for home use to measure and train 'personal performance' for better sleep, emotional balance, executive function, focus, depression and anxiety states. I find integrating research and products such as Mind Alive, Mendhi, and Neuronic to enhance a client's awareness of performance states while teaching emotional balance, focus and improved performance across a broader range of functioning.

Our goals are to create better personal performance by improving Mind/Body skills for greater awareness and control while providing a thinking partner for reflection, conversation and integration.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to deepen the interaction and dialogue. I also teach clients to better create performance states for more effective situational performance. I encourge the use of Audio Visual Entrainment-AVE devices, neurofeedback, biofeedback and numerous other personal performance devices on the market.
