What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I would like to became acquainted with your immediately concerns and precipitating events. Also, I would like to get to know your day to day in the areas of sleep, exercise, medical condition including the use of medication, job environment, nutrition, the use of alcohol or other drugs, leisure time activities and support systems.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am an attentive, compassionate listener interested in your needs and goals. This in order to tap into my training and experience to give you suggestions in order for you to achieve your goals.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

It is eclectic because I can choose the best method for each client.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

In our area there are multiple ethnicities that need to be respected.

Compassion Focused

Compassion focused works very well for people who are in the process of grieving. Also, works well in treatment of LGBTQ issues.

Feminist

Feminist treatment is important because many times women's issues are disregarded.
