I’ve had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, healing from trauma, coping with grief, financial struggles, relationship challenges, career/work hurdles, adjustment to life changes, family or interpersonal conflicts, parenting struggles, and coping with general life’s stressors. I assist clients with achieving the profound benefits of working toward one’s authentic self, strengthening one’s internal dialogue and building a resilient wellness kit to navigate life’s ups and downs. A strong and healthy sense of self is the foundation for effective emotional well-being, personal growth, and maintaining healthy connections with others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin building a strong therapeutic connection. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy and what concerns or goals you’d like to explore. I ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to gain a thorough understanding of your experiences, needs, and what you hope to achieve throughout the therapeutic process. This initial conversation helps us set the foundation for meaningful, collaborative work moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a respectful, empathetic space helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered while they explore their experiences. I excel at helping clients explore the impact of their relationships and life experiences, gain insight into their thoughts and emotions, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals and couples who are open to engaging in thoughtful, active conversations that promote insight and meaningful change. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship or parenting challenges, life transitions, and stress. I enjoy working with those who are motivated to explore their experiences, gain clarity, and take steps toward their therapeutic goals in a supportive, collaborative space.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My clinical approach is grounded in strength-based and narrative therapy, and also draws significantly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through CBT, clients gain practical tools to reframe negative thinking patterns, regulate emotions, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives. I believe in honoring my clients as experts in their own lives, and I serve as a guide in their journey of healing and personal growth. My clinical mantra—Think, Feel, Act—reflects my belief that our thoughts influence our emotions, and our emotions influence how we interact with the world.

Narrative

My therapeutic style is strongly informed by Narrative Therapy. I believe that the stories we tell about ourselves shape how we see the world, how we interact with others, and how we respond to life’s challenges. Through Narrative Therapy, I help clients externalize problems, examine the influences behind their experiences, and re-author stories that reflect their values, resilience, and strengths. I work collaboratively with clients at their pace, fostering a therapeutic space that is respectful, empowering, and supportive of their goals. I view clients as the experts of their lives, and I am honored to support them in reclaiming their voice and shaping their path forward.
