Francis is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He completed his training at Walden University and earned a Master of Science in nursing with specialization in psychiatry. Francis has over 26 years of experience working with mental health patients at various level of their mental illness and wellness Journey. His approach to mental health is holistic, trauma reduction focus and meeting patients where they at. Working with patients re-entering the community, stepping down to a lower level of care are some of his specialties. Francis provides ongoing medication management for various diagnoses. He uses various forms of therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy.
