In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I work collaboratively with my clients to evaluate risks and develop plans and strategies to mitigate negative symptoms
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength is the ability to assess, evaluate, listen actively and build rapport with my patients. I pride myself in my ability to build a trusting professional relationship with my patients and show commitment and empathy. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have a long experience using CBT with clients which prove to be effective in most clinical applications. I use CBT by assisting clients to recognize how their feelings affect their thoughts and their thoughts affects their behavior. I uses CBT to help client change their thinking patter, recognize pattern of unhelpful behaviors and learn better way of coping with distress.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
ACT is action oriented therapy in which clients learn to accept their emotions, thoughts and feelings rather than avoiding or denying them but should not allow those situations, feelings or emotions stop them from moving forward in their life. I help clients using the ACT understand the situation and commit to making the necessary changes in their behavior to achieve desire results.

Unlike other therapy that analyzes past events and paste problems.
