When we first meet, I’ll spend time getting to know you. You’ll tell me what brought you here, and we’ll talk about what you want to change or work on. I’ll ask some questions about your life—family, school, friends, and things going on now—but only what you feel okay sharing. I’ll also explain how I work, talk about privacy (what I keep secret), how often we’ll meet, and any costs. You can also ask me questions.
