What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The client is expected to feel more fulfilled after a session, regain his mental well-being of intimacy with his/her partner, enjoy life again, and experience an improved state of mind and reached his/her functional capabilities. Do you experience mood swings, depression, and anxiety that interfere with your daily life and work life? Have you been lacking interest in activities once enjoyed or do you feel anxious in every situation? All the questions will be answered and improvements made to them all. At Grow Therapy where your mental health matters, we provide patient-centered care with a holistic approach to treatment in person or with confidential Telepsychiatry sessions in the state of Maryland.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

As a psychiatrist, there are two basic components to a psychiatric assessment-biopsychosocial assessment and the mental status exam. However, in treatment methods, the patient should be accepted as he/she is, and self-understanding should be used as a therapeutic tool as the practitioner should be in a position to identify his feelings and understand how he affects the situation. Again, the treatment method of utilizing consistency to contribute to patient security should be employed as well, and reassurance must be given suitably and acceptably. With all that, the patient will have sense of belonging. I utilize standardized systems/tools that help to identify and gauge the extent of specific conditions and provide a fair approach in response.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are based on my Communication and leadership skills trustworthiness, creativity, patience, respectfulness and listening ability. In other words, being able to judge patients' reactions, reach logical conclusions show compassion towards patients and handle stress are very crucial for this challenging career. Significantly, my passion in this area of specialization will enhance my reaching my goals and align me with excellence.
