What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You're in the driver's seat when you work with me. My first session with you I answer any questions you may have about me and let you know a little bit about how therapy works and how I work with you. My goals are always to be a safe place to listen and hold anything you would like to share.

One of the most enjoyable strengths I have as a therapist is discovering the core emotional shame-based beliefs that have ultimately prevented you from discovering and unlocking a self-love and self-worth that begins to transform your life.
