Hello and welcome to therapy! I am a tri-lingual Mental Health Counselor licensed in Florida, who has experience working with children, adolescents and adults, addressing symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma. I also have experience as a guidance counselor in schools, where I have worked addressing ADHD and behavioral challenges in children. I graduated from Troy University in 2019 with a Masters in Science and subsequently obtained a State License in Florida, where I live and practice.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Empathy, intuition and knowledge are the tools that I use to establish a dialogue to empower my clients to discover their inner strenghts and eliminate the obstacles that prevent them from being the best version of themselves.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Whether you are in search of solutions for a specific issue or struggling with emotions that prevent you from enjoying life completely, I will be honored to walk with you on a journey to explore, clarify and change the obstacles. I have experience addressing anxiety, depression, focusing issues, addiction, as well as hyperactivity, defiance and other behavioral issues in children.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

Life events leave a mark in the way we feel and act. I believe that identifying those events help us to erase uncomfortable feelings that prevent us from experience the best of life.

Play Therapy

Children can express in the process of play what they cannot say with words.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Thoughts prodiuce feelings and they prompt actions. Identifying and reframing negative help us to see things under a new light, and to change our actions toward a more satisfaying life.
