I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals heal from trauma, navigate complex relationships, and reconnect with themselves. I specialize in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse, spiritual/religious trauma, and attachment wounds. My approach is integrative and grounded in both clinical and holistic practices, including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic-based techniques. Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate space where deep healing can happen.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to explore what brought you to therapy and begin getting to know each other. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you’re free to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. I’ll ask some questions about your history, goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. This is also a chance for you to ask me questions and get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for you. We go at your pace, always.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a deeply attuned and trauma-informed presence to my work. With training in CBT, EMDR, and somatic approaches. I help clients reconnect with their bodies, challenge limiting beliefs, and cultivate a sense of safety within. What sets me apart is my ability to hold space for complex emotional experiences while offering structure and clarity for healing. I understand the long-term impact of emotional abuse and religious trauma, and I help clients rebuild their identity from a place of compassion, strength, and authenticity.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are ready to break free from cycles of emotional pain and reclaim their sense of self. Many of my clients have experienced emotionally unavailable or abusive relationships, struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, or identity confusion, and are working to rebuild trust in themselves. My ideal clients are often insightful and growth-oriented, even if they feel stuck. They may carry the weight of childhood wounds, spiritual shame, or cultural expectations, and want a space where all of those parts can be seen and honored. I support clients who are open to looking inward, leaning into mind-body awareness, and doing the transformative work of unlearning survival patterns.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on building insight and developing practical tools for lasting emotional resilience. I often integrate CBT with mindfulness and somatic practices to support a holistic healing process.

EMDR

I use EMDR with clients healing from trauma, attachment wounds, and emotionally abusive relationships. My approach is trauma-informed and compassionate, allowing clients to process painful memories safely and effectively. EMDR helps reduce emotional intensity and rewire core beliefs, supporting long-term healing and nervous system regulation.
