Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my graduate degree from Sul Ross State in Alpine, TX. I have been practicing for 6 years. I am here to help guide my clients to become self-aware, empowered, and heal. Whether navigating through challenging life transitions, managing mental health concerns, or seeking personal development, clients can trust in me to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and a steadfast commitment to your well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session I will ask you some questions to get to know you better, your struggles, goals, and background. Then we will develop a treatment plan to go over your needs and to make sure we are both on the same page.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked with adolescents and adults most of my career and have a way to build rapport with even the toughest clients. I have the upmost positive regard for clients and will always do right by you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with pre-teens, teens, and adults. My focus is on adolescents or adults who might be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and ADHD.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps clients gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, develop effective coping skills, and achieve long-lasting improvements in mental health and well-being.

Trauma-Focused CBT

F-CBT emphasizes a structured, evidence-based approach to help clients process traumatic experiences, manage symptoms, and move towards healing and recovery. It often involves collaboration between the therapist, client, and supports.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-Centered Approach places the client at the center of the therapeutic process, valuing their autonomy, self-awareness, and capacity for personal growth. It emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship and creating a supportive environment where clients can explore and express themselves freely.
