LCSW, 13 years of experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirteen years of experience dedicated to helping adults create meaningful change in their lives. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida in 2020 and became licensed in Florida in 2022. My professional journey began in 2012 in the social services field, where I discovered a deep passion for supporting individuals and families through difficult times. Over the years, I gained experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in a community mental health setting before opening my own practice. In my work, I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, and personal development. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, or seeking clarity and growth in your personal life, I offer a safe and supportive space where we can work together to build resilience and move toward the life you want to live.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, which is why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, discuss your goals, and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward. It’s my honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey and to support you in creating positive, lasting change in your life. After the initial consolation we will schedule weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions based on your needs.
