I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience in medical, emergency and psychiatric care across the lifespan. My unique blend of expertise in diagnosing, medication management and therapeutic modalities ensures a comprehensive and tailored approach to your mental health voyage. I am a United States Army veteran who is passionate about caring for those who also served.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial psychiatric session, you can expect to encounter a compassionate and understanding atmosphere as we strive to establish a meaningful connection. We will explore your medical background, present worries, and treatment aspirations. I will outline the therapy procedure and address any queries. Collectively, we will focus on constructing a strong basis for our continuous partnership to enhance your mental health.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Clients can expect to gain insight into their mental health concerns and develop effective coping strategies to manage their symptoms. They will leave their session feeling empowered, heard, and supported in their mental health journey. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards their goals. I successfully treat clients with: *ADHD *Anxiety *Depression *Bipolar disorder *PTSD and more

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a specialist in pediatric and veteran care for ADHD and PTSD and it brings me great joy to work with children and veterans to help them overcome the challenges that come with these conditions. I have dedicated my career to understanding the unique needs of my patients, and I am committed to providing them with the highest level of care possible. Working with children is particularly rewarding for me, as I love to see the impact that early intervention can have on their lives. By identifying ADHD early on, we can help children develop coping strategies and improve their academic performance. Similarly, working with veterans is incredibly important to me, as a veteran myself, I believe that they deserve the best possible care for the sacrifices they have made for our country.
