Do you feel like an "adult child"? Do you feel stuck? Are you having difficulty navigating adulthood, causing you to feel burned out, anxious, lonely, and depressed? Did you follow the rules of our previous generations about what it means to be "successful," "an adult," or "a woman" only to be shackled with student debt, feeling disillusioned, and struggling to define your wants and needs in life? Do you need help redefining adulthood and success and finding meaning? Then this is the place for you! My name is Elena, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in millennial mental health for women with a focus on anxiety, depression, and holistic wellness. I am someone who deeply values the therapeutic relationship with my clients. I pride myself on creating a safe and collaborative space for my clients to find their truth. I would love the opportunity to be part of your wellness journey so that you can find yourself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I strive to meet the unique needs of my clients by fostering a holistic therapeutic approach by integrating my clinical expertise with my passion for alternative healing methods, i.e., aromatherapy, crystals, breath-work, and meditation, to aid in their healing process.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

As mentioned above, I love to blend my clinical perspective with a holistic wellness approach. I'm very interested in exploring different treatment methods that will resonate with my client's lived experience. I love speaking through a spiritual lens and using eco-therapy to aid in healing process. I am also well versed in trauma-focused, psychoanalytic, and LGBT affirmative therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm very passionate about millennial mental health and working with women who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity issues. I believe that millennials are exposed to unique stressors (navigating adulthood) and experiences that need more therapists to hold space to process those challenges.
