Hi I’m Beth. Do you feel that Life is stressful and too much. Sometimes, we feel stuck, overwhelmed, depressed, anxious or we are having life transitions that seem really difficult. I work in a partnership with my clients both individuals and couples to improve their lives and mental health. What I offer is a non judgmental space where clients can express concerns, set healthy boundaries, increase coping skills and find realistic solutions to stress, anxiety and depression through gentle guidance. I want to assist you through you mental health journey. Together let’s gain insight and make needed changes together so you can have more peace and enjoyment out of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will get a basic understanding of what therapy is like including expectations from both of us, go over goals and understanding of why you are want therapy. This will help us work together to build a plan for treatment together.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use an eclectic approach with therapy. Using evidenced based strategies including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered, Gottman, Strength Based Approach and several other modalities, I can gear your sessions to what you need. I can help with Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Losses, Stress, Trouble Adjusting, Parent-Child Problems/Parenting Skills, Mood Disorders, Codependency, Family Conflict, Marital Problems, Career/Work Related Issues, Relationship Challenges, Low Self Esteem, Self Harming Behavior, Spirituality, and Life Transitions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that the human experience includes the whole range of emotions. I will help you find ways to be in the moment of those emotions so you can live more fully without minimizing your own experiences. I am very compassionate in the way I work and I will be a safe nonjudgmental place for you to learn more about yourself and free yourself of negative self talk gain insight and set healthy boundaries we all need.
