I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and I'm passionate about helping people navigate through challenges and find solutions. My focus is on providing support to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. Additionally, I bring extensive experience in working with children facing attention-deficit/hyperactivity, behavioral concerns, and those exposed to traumatic events.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, our main goal is to get to know each other and start building a trusting and collaborative relationship. We'll spend some time talking about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any specific goals or expectations you may have. This is your time to express yourself, there's no judgment here. You're in control of what you choose to share, and we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe some of my strengths as a provider are that I have worked with a broad range of clients including children, caregivers, and adults. I am commitment to provide individualized care, empathy and multicultural competence reflects a compassionate and client-focused approach to mental health and well-being.
