New to Grow
As a therapist, I believe healing is not about perfection, it’s about finding peace with your story. I help individuals who carry the weight of trauma, grief, or emotional pain reconnect with their strength, faith, and sense of self. My sessions are a safe, nurturing space where you can exhale, process deeply, and begin to rebuild. With a gentle, culturally sensitive, and faith-informed approach, I will walk alongside you as you rediscover hope, wholeness, and the power to heal from within.
In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can simply breathe and be yourself. I’ll take time to get to know you, not just your symptoms or story, but the person behind them. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on your heart, what brought you to therapy, and what healing might look like for you.
Clients often share that they feel an immediate sense of comfort and understanding in our sessions. My approach is deeply relational and intuitive, I don’t just treat surface symptoms, I help you explore the root of emotional pain as i believe this is where true healing can begin. I believe that lasting change happens when we understand the “why” beneath our patterns, the childhood experiences, losses, or unspoken wounds that quietly shape how we show up in relationships and within ourselves. Together, we work to bring those pieces into awareness, offering them compassion and new meaning through a trauma informed lens.
You might be navigating deep grief, childhood wounds, or life transitions that have left you feeling disconnected from your peace and purpose. Many of my clients are high-functioning women and men who appear to “have it together,” yet carry unspoken pain from loss, abandonment, or generational trauma. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals from BIPOC communities who have experienced the weight of cultural and family expectations, but are ready to heal patterns of survival and step into restoration. You might be seeking therapy not because you’re “broken,” but because you’re ready to heal, feel, and grow. Whether you’re processing the death of a loved one, the absence of a parent, or simply trying to reconnect with your authentic self, I provide a soft place to land, a space rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and gentle accountability.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. My approach blends CBT with trauma-informed and inner child healing work, allowing clients to explore the roots of negative self-beliefs and emotional triggers. Together, we reframe those narratives, develop healthier coping skills, and nurture a sense of self-compassion and emotional balance.
