Empowering
Challenging

We all want to be seen, accepted, and supported for who we are. As a therapist, I am here to create a non-judgmental space and help you leverage your inherent strength to tackle whatever problem is in your path. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over nine years of experience supporting clients with compassion and understanding. Together, we’ll work to identify meaningful goals, deepen self-awareness, and build practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session together will start with brief introductions. We'll then start to explore your story, complete an intake assessment, and collaboratively develop treatment goals. You are the expert of your story and you get to decide what we will focus on in our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My clients have described me as compassionate, honest, and authentic. I am strengths-based, solution-focused, and team with my clients to work toward treatment goals of their own choosing. I especially enjoying connecting with and supporting clients who may not have had a positive relationship with therapy in the past.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with both teenagers and adults who want to gain a better understanding of their identity, who may be struggling with self-acceptance, or who need support in learning to navigate difficult emotions. I have extensive experience working with complex mental health diagnoses, trauma, parenting, and more. I am especially passionate about providing a non-judgmental space to support all my clients, especially those who live an alternative lifestyle -- thank you for being uniquely you!

My treatment methods

Narrative

As a narrative therapist, my focus is on understanding my client's story and helping them rewrite their story in a way that improves their sense of agency and wellbeing. Narrative therapy as a framework can be especially helpful to address trauma, grief, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and more.

Eclectic

No one treatment modality is a good fit for everyone, and it can be helpful to pull from a variety of treatment methods to best address a client's unique needs. As an eclectic therapist, I incorporate interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing into my practice.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced trauma and leverage trauma-focused CBT to help them process traumatic memories.
