Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of Central Florida and have been practicing for 11 years. I help young adults struggling with anxiety and mood concerns while adapting to daily life stressors or changes. I’m also licensed and able to work with those in the states of Arizona and Louisiana.
