I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with a compassionate and culturally responsive approach. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, empowering them to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, thrive, and create meaningful change in their lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a safe, comfortable space for you to share. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and your goals for our work together. This session is an opportunity for me to understand your unique needs and for you to ask any questions about the process. Together, we’ll begin to develop a plan tailored to your goals, so you leave the session with clarity and a sense of direction.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my ability to create a safe, empathetic, and culturally responsive space for clients to feel heard and understood. With 19 years of experience in the mental health field, I have honed a deep understanding of diverse life experiences, particularly around trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with genuine compassion and respect for each client’s individuality. What makes me unique is my ability to connect with clients from all walks of life, helping them uncover their inner strengths, embrace their values, and achieve meaningful growth. My background as a therapist and coach allows me to empower clients with tools for both emotional healing and forward momentum in their personal lives
